Firm Overview

Turley, Redmond, Rosasco & Rosasco, LLP - A National Long Term Disability Insurance Law Firm

Firm Overview PhotoTurley, Redmond, Rosasco & Rosasco, LLP has won over 8000 disability claims and collected over 20 million dollars in benefits for their clients over the last 21 years. After working as associate attorneys at other disability law firms, William Turley, Chris Redmond and Troy G. Rosasco founded their own firm in 1995. At the time, their two room office housed three attorneys and a part-time secretary.  Since that time, Turley, Redmond, Rosasco & Rosasco has experienced planned, steady and sustained growth. Our legal team now consists of 12 attorneys, 8 paralegals and over 30 employees dedicated to helping clients with their disability insurance claims. Our growth allows us to fight the largest  disability insurance companies and/or insurance defense law firms, while at the same time not losing the "personal touch" our clients expect. We are proud of the fact that many of our long term disability clients come to our office through recommendations from former satisfied clients, doctors and other attorneys who know our reputation. Our attorneys return their own phone calls, which is why you will often catch us in the office past 7:00 pm!

We are known for our expertise, professionalism and compassion - a rare combination that gets results! Our attorneys have argued successfully before the highest federal court in New York State in complex disability cases such as  Brown v. Apfel. We are Co-Counsel with another law firm in an ERISA long term disability claim appeal currently before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. We frequently lecture on disability claims to other lawyers at Continuing Legal Education seminars. Mr. Rosasco is an annual lecturer at St. John's University School of Law, discussing the current law of ERISA and long term disability insurance claims, among other disability topics.

After the  9/11 attacks , Turley, Redmond, Rosasco & Rosasco, LLP represented many Wall Street financial professionals in disability insurance claims arising from this tragedy. Unfortunately, we continue to represent long term disability clients impacted by 9/11 who have breathing disorders, mental disorders and certain cancers that are just now becoming disabling. We are currently representing many WTC claimants before the newly re-opened Zadroga 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund.

Many disease support groups, hospitals, doctors' offices and human service agencies ask for our assistance in educating their staff or membership about filing disability insurance claims. We have given seminars in the New York Area at organizations such as CancerCare, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Long Island Spine Care, the Nassau County Department of Health, the Parkinson's Foundation, the Long Island Association for AIDS Care, and the Family Services Association, to name a few.

Unlike some law firms, we are an integrated full service long term disability claim law firm. In addition to your ERISA or professional individual disability insurance policy claim, our Social Security Disability division can coordinate and represent you in your Social Security Disability claim if necessary. In our opinion, you should never use the "free" social security advocates (including Allsup, Advantage 2000 and some law firms) paid by your long term disability insurance company. They are working directly with and sharing information with the insurance company trying to deny your long term disability claim!  Many times, you can retain a private Social Security attorney without any out-of -pocket expense.
