Troy G. Rosasco is one of the leading long term disability lawyers in the United States. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he is known for selfless legal advocacy efforts on behalf of his disabled clients. Mr. Rosasco's practice has spanned almost all areas of long term disability benefits law, including professional disability income claims and group disability claims falling under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ( ERISA ). He is currently the managing partner of the firm's long term disability division.
One of Mr. Rosasco's unique qualities is his experience strategizing and coordinating long term disability claims to win benefits without the need for long and expensive litigation. With a combination of experience, compassion and aggressive advocacy, he has won literally thousands of disability claims and collected multi-millions of dollars for clients over his seventeen-year career. He has successfully argued disability claims before the highest federal courts in New York and Connecticut.
Along with being a lecturer, expert witness and author, Mr. Rosasco is also the editor of the New York Disability Law Blog, a website providing information and commentary for disabled claimants.
